Safeguarding Statement
Life Church recognises the importance of its work with children, young people and adults in need of protection, and its responsibility to protect everyone entrusted to its care.
Life Church is committed to following government and CCPAS guidelines on safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and good working practice, including safe recruitment of workers.
Life Church has therefore developed and operates a formal safeguarding policy, which is registered with the Churches’ Child Protection Advisory Service (CCPAS) and Social Services.
If you have any concerns for a child or vulnerable adult then please speak to Janet White (Safeguarding Co-ordinator), Virginia Maaasbach (Deputy Safeguarding Co-ordinator) or Paula Triffitt (Deputy Safeguarding Co-ordinator), who have been appointed by the leadership to respond to any safeguarding concerns.
